Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping! Tracking numbers will be provided for your orders in a separate email once your item ships. If you order multiple items please note they may arrive separately. 

Orders are guaranteed to be processed within 1 to 5 business days upon receipt of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once the order is processed. If you do not receive any sort of email with tracking within 7 business days, please contact us at contact@lilyfave.com

Shipping takes approximately 5-20 Days for ePacket Express Shipping. Please note that these are only Estimates and your shipment could take less or more time to deliver. 

Returns

We only accept returns on items that are damaged or wrongly sized. If this has happened to you, please email us contact@lilyfave.com


Refunds & Replacements (if applicable):

You can only cancel your order if it has yet to be processed, once it has been processed no refunds or cancellations will be granted. 

60 Day Money Back Guarantee:

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on any items arrived damaged, broken or wrongly sized. Any other reasons for a refund will also be considered.

Replacements or Refunds are only available on damaged goods upon arrival or missing orders/lost packages (tracking number must show so). Customer must contact us within 60 business days of receiving the item with photo evidence of damaged or missing goods.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to post in your bank account, but may vary from bank to bank. Please contact your bank to learn more about their processing times. 

Item Switches

Please ensure all orders on our website are correct as they are immediately passed to our processing team to prepare your delivery. Once an order is submitted we are unable to cancel your order. If you do contact us within 2 business days of your order to switch an item/Color, we can most likely make a switch.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

If you have made a mistake when ordering an item please get in touch and we will update your delivery address if your item(s) have not been dispatched.

Public/Shared Addresses

If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and Men's Fashion Empire will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
